How the job loop works
- Players walk up to a depot (LSIA freight yard by default) and open the dashboard.
- The server generates contracts on a timer — by default 5 quick and 5 freight contracts every 5 minutes, capped at 30 active per track.
- The player picks a contract. Quick jobs spawn a rental truck and trailer at the depot; freight jobs only spawn the trailer, so the player needs an owned truck.
- They hook up, follow the route blip, and back the trailer into the delivery marker.
- Payout scales with distance, cargo flags, skill bonuses, and the trailer’s condition on arrival. XP is awarded per kilometre, and each level grants a skill point.
